Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC in Texas is seeking an entry-level Sprinkler Install Support Technician to assist with the installation of fire sprinkler systems. You will work under direct supervision, learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols on active job sites.

Travel to job sites as required and collaborate with a team to transport tools and materials. High school diploma required; no experience necessary.

• Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving is required).

The Sprinkler Install Support Technician assists in the installation of fire sprinkler systems. The Support Technician works under direct supervision and assists with basic tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Use hand tools and equipment under direct supervision.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Observe and learn proper installation techniques.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
