Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety in Georgia is seeking a Sprinkler Install Support Technician to assist with installing fire sprinkler systems. You will work under direct supervision, learn industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols while contributing to active job sites.

This role emphasizes teamwork, hands-on learning, and adherence to safety policies. No prior experience is required, but a clean driving record and ability to lift and travel are needed.

• Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license (if driving is required).

The Sprinkler Install Support Technician assists in the installation of fire sprinkler systems. The Support Technician works under direct supervision and assists with basic tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with installation of fire sprinkler systems.

• Use hand tools and equipment under direct supervision.

• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Observe and learn proper installation techniques.

• Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.

• Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.

• Perform tasks as directed and does not independently perform jobs.

• Travel to job sites as required.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• No minimum experience required.

• Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.

• Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license (if driving is required).

Other Duties:

• Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.

• Performs other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

• Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.

• Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.
