Job summary

COSCO Fire Protection is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Systems Inspector to join our on-site service team and perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on fire sprinkler systems and pumps. You will read blueprints and interact with customers to recommend effective solutions.

Candidates should have 3-4 years of field experience, be proficient with reading manuals, and possess NFPA knowledge. A driver’s license with a clean DMV record is required; NICET II+ is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• NICET Level II or higher is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, manuals and specs.
• Must complete accurate paperwork.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards.
• Willing to work alternate shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing and preventive maintenance of fire sprinkler systems and pumps.
• Front line customer service and care during on-site visits.
• Perform hydrostatic testing.
• Diagnose and evaluate systems needing service and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide solutions to keep systems operating safely and effectively.
