Fire Sprinkler Inspector/Service Technician

Our success throughout Virginia and North Carolina has created a need for a Fire Suppression Technician.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Perform inspections, testing, and servicing of fire extinguishers for commercial and industrial systems.
  • Assemble, install, maintain, and service fire suppression systems in commercial buildings throughout Virginia and North Carolina.
  • Be a positive and professional representative of MAFP while dealing with customers, directly and indirectly.
  • Work alone and in a team setting.
Requirements

Whether you have been in the trade for a while or are just starting out, we encourage you to apply if you have the ‘can-do’ attitude to get things done and take pride in your work. While experience is preferred, we are willing to talk to those who value what it means to get things done and make it happen.

What You’ll Need to Do it:
  • NICET Level II, Inspection & Testing License is preferred, but not required.
  • Backflow Prevention Device Worker Virginia DPOR License is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be able to work at heights and lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the state of Virginia and North Carolina.
