Job summary

Siemens AG in Raleigh, NC is hiring Fire Sprinkler Inspectors to perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of water-based systems across our local service area. You will assist senior inspectors with testing fire pumps, wet and dry systems, and related equipment, while ensuring strict documentation and reporting standards.

The role requires electro-mechanical experience, ability to work in varied environments, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; NICET ITM Level I preferred or state ITM certification within 24 months.
• 1+ year experience performing inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler/life-safety systems.
• Must obtain NICET/ITM certification within 24 months and backflow certification within 6 months.
• Must differentiate wire types/colors and have valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with testing of fire pumps and various sprinkler systems per NFPA 25.
• Assist with inspection, testing, and service for multiple sprinkler configurations and equipment.
• Follow structured inspection schedules and maintain documentation and reports.
• Generate reports in Siemens tools and upload to city municipality websites.
• Provide operation training and guidance to customer personnel.
