Responsibilities
  • Perform quality inspections to meet customer expectations
  • Conduct routine inspections, testing, servicing, installation, and preventive maintenance of fire safety systems
  • Work with low-voltage wiring and related devices
  • Complete Service Acknowledgements accurately using communication devices
  • Follow structured inspection schedules and documentations
  • Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision
  • Ensure timely completion of inspections
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience with sprinkler systems
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses per codes
  • Experience with various fire systems and reading technical diagrams
  • Proficiency with hand tools and multi-meters
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong troubleshooting and physical capability to handle equipment up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to work in challenging positions and environments
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Adherence to safety protocols
  • Valid driver’s license and pass background/drug tests
Preferred Qualifications
  • Repair experience
  • Backflow certification
  • NICET Level 2 certification in water-based systems
