Job summary

Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers Inc. seeks a Fire Sprinkler Foreman for the Raleigh area to lead sprinkler installations, supervise Apprentices and Fitters, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget.

The role requires strong communication and safety discipline on outdoor job sites across seasons. The successful candidate will bring 3+ years of foreman experience, read blueprints, and work with General Contractors to deliver high-quality, timely installations while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler Foreman.
• Knowledge of installing fire sprinklers and reading blueprints.
• Ability to supervise Apprentices and Fitters and coordinate with General Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of Fire Sprinklers on job sites, on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise Apprentices and Fitters and ensure quality workmanship.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.

The Fire Sprinkler Foreman is responsible for the installation of Fire Sprinklers with the assistance of Apprentices and Fitters on job sites, and is completed on schedule and within budget.Day to Day:Responsible for completing Installation of Fire Sprinklers accurately, on schedule, and within budget.Responsible for leading their assigned jobs and the supervision of Apprentices and Fitters on job sites.Our Fire Sprinkler Foreman are responsible for developing a strong relationship with the General Contractor to exceed all their expectations and ensure quality, timely installation is achieved.Attend monthly safety meetings at the local branch.Working outside on job sites for long hours in all seasons including summer months.Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing.
