Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers Inc. in Ocoee, FL is seeking an Experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman to lead installation teams on job sites, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a fire sprinkler foreman.
• Experience installing sprinklers and reading blueprints; performing system tests as needed.
• Organized, professional, and a good communicator.
• Able to supervise the installation process and lead fitters/apprentices.

• Wear proper protective equipment on all job sites; valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided.

Position: Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman

Location: Ocoee branch, serving surrounding areas.

The Fire Sprinkler Foreman is responsible for the installation of fire sprinklers with the assistance of apprentices and fitters on job sites, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Complete installation of fire sprinklers accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead assigned jobs and supervise apprentices and fitters on job sites.
• Develop a strong relationship with the general contractor to exceed expectations and ensure quality, timely installation.
• Attend monthly safety meetings at the local branch.
• Work outside on job sites for long hours in all seasons, including summer months.
• Physical demands include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing; lifting up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous experience as a fire sprinkler foreman.
• Knowledge and experience installing fire sprinklers, reading blueprints, performing system tests, etc.
• Organized, professional, and a good communicator.
• Ability to supervise the overall installation process, as well as fitters and apprentices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Wear proper protective equipment as required on all job sites.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; a company vehicle will be provided.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test and background check including 10 years of employment verification.
