Job summary

Century Fire Protection is seeking a skilled pipefitter to layout, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems for commercial fire protection projects in Ocala, FL. The role involves following design plans, coordinating with designers, and preparing progress documentation.

Qualified candidates will have a GED/HS diploma and 3–5 years of related experience, basic computer skills, and must pass a pre-employment drug screen with a clean MVR. Overtime may be required as projects demand.

Responsibilities

• Install pipe fittings, hangers, couplings, and sprinklers per design plan and codes.
• Complete weekly paperwork for CFP as directed by the General Contractor.
• Communicate with designer before making design changes.
• Produce red-line drawings for designer submission.
• Attend project and coordination meetings as required.
• Submit daily progress reports to Field Superintendent and General Contractor.
