Job summary
Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to join our Raleigh branch. The role focuses on installing fire sprinkler systems with Apprentices and Fitters, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
You will lead on-site teams, supervise installation activities, and build strong relationships with General Contractors to meet and exceed expectations. Regular safety meetings and outdoor work are required, including lifting up to 70 pounds
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler Foreman.
- Knowledge of installing fire sprinklers and reading blueprints.
- Able to supervise the installation process and lead Apprentices and Fitters.
Responsibilities
- Install fire sprinklers on schedule and within budget.
- Lead jobs and supervise Apprentices and Fitters on site.
- Develop strong relationships with General Contractors to ensure quality installations.
- Attend monthly safety meetings at the local branch.
- Work outside on job sites for long hours in all seasons.
- Physical requirements include standing, bending, lifting up to 70 pounds.
