Job summary

VSC Fire & Security in Baltimore, MD seeks a Foreman to lead installation teams for fire protection systems. You will inspect sites, interpret plans, and ensure on-time completion with safety and quality in mind.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of installation experience for fire sprinkler systems.
• Able to read plans and follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections for handling, storage, installation and testing of materials and performance of the site.
• Follow designed plans and communicate needed design changes to fit site requirements.
• Manage materials delivered to site and minor fabrication on site, document change orders.
• Lead an installation team and conduct weekly safety meetings.
