Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead field crews in the layout, installation, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge).

  • Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and ensure efficient use of manpower and materials.

  • Make on-the-spot decisions to keep projects moving safely and on schedule.

  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications for accurate installation.

  • Coordinate material needs, deliveries, and job sequencing to minimize disruption to customer operations.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites that reflect Eagle Fire’s reputation.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members to resolve issues quickly.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience running sprinkler installation or service crews (typically 2–5 people).

  • 10+ years in the fire protection trade, with hands‑on experience in wet, dry, pre‑action, and deluge systems.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills — confident working independently with minimal oversight.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Familiarity with trade tools and equipment (threaders, groovers, etc.).

  • Knowledge of fire protection codes and standards.

  • NICET certification and/or manufacturer certifications preferred.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

  • Physical ability to perform all job site tasks safely.
