We are seeking a Foreman to lead installation teams and ensure safety and quality on all projects.

What You Need
- 2–3 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, pipefitting, or related fire protection codes and standards
- Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Capability to set productivity goals and meet deadlines for teams
- Proficiency in reading plans, documents, and interpreting safety signage
- Eagerness for professional development and growth
- Ability to pass required background checksReliable transportation and valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Desirable qualifications (not required):
- Pipefitter Apprentice Program (Levels 1‑4) with Journeyman certification
- First AID/CPR certification
- OSHA 30 certification
- Arkansas state fitters license or at least 4 years of comparable experience
What You Will Do
- Conduct daily site inspections for handling, storage, installation, and testing of materials
- Follow design plans and communicate necessary design changes to accommodate site requirements
- Manage material deliveries, perform minor on‑site fabrication, and document change orders
- Lead an installation team, possibly overseeing multiple crews on large projects, and conduct weekly safety meetings
