We’re looking for a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a supportive group to inspect, maintain, and fit fire sprinkler systems, helping ensure they’re working properly and meeting safety standards.

Job Overview

As a Fire Sprinkler Foreman, you’ll play a vital role in installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fire sprinkler systems. You’ll collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines and ensure system compliance with fire safety codes.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and Maintenance

• Install fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings, following blueprints and technical specifications.

• Perform maintenance and repairs to ensure system functionality and compliance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire sprinkler components and systems.

Inspection and Testing

• Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify system readiness and compliance with local, state, and national fire safety codes.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with project managers, construction professionals, and team members to achieve project goals.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional with technical expertise and a dedication to safety and teamwork.

• Experienced: Completed apprenticeship or formal training in fire sprinkler system installation.

• Certified: Relevant certifications, such as NICET, are a plus.

• Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of fire safety codes and regulations.

• Problem-Solver: Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Team-Oriented: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Physically Fit: Capable of working in diverse conditions and lifting equipment as needed.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience in fire sprinkler system installation, inspection, and maintenance.

• Begin assisting with installations and inspections under supervision.

Next 30 Days (60 Days Total)

• Take ownership of assigned inspections and maintenance tasks.

• Develop confidence in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

• Build relationships with clients and team members to foster trust and collaboration.

By 90 Days

• Independently manage installations, inspections, and maintenance with confidence.

• Identify opportunities for improving processes and efficiency.

• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to operational strategies.
