Job summary

Viking Automatic Sprinkler Company in Reno, NV is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Fitter to install, repair, and maintain fixed extinguishing systems. The role requires a Nevada state Journeyman Fire Sprinkler license, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders, with a strong mechanical background for a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain all types of fixed extinguishing systems, including wet, dry, deluge, and preaction systems, fire pumps and standpipe systems.
• Responsible for installing and servicing other fire protection equipment such as carbon dioxide systems, halon systems, foam systems, and dry chemical systems.
• Travel within Wisconsin to work on various locations/job sites; as necessary.
• Comply with union collective bargaining agreement.
