Job summary

Aero Automatic Sprinkler Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Fire Sprinkler Fitters of all experience levels to join our team. You will install, assemble, and test fire sprinkler piping and related components based on engineering and architectural specifications, helping protect buildings and occupants.

We welcome entry, intermediate, and skilled fitters who can read blueprints, plan layouts, and work safely with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with supervisors and team members
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Safe and efficient operation of hand tools, power tools, and layout tools
• Working knowledge of tools, equipment, and tasks associated with pipefitting

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering/design, architectural, and structural blueprints
• Plan pipe system layout, installation, and repair according to specifications
• Select and prepare pipe, fittings, supports, hangers, and related materials
• Cut, fit, and connect piping using threaded, soldered, brazed, and grooved methods
• Use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect, test, and verify installed systems using pressure gauges or other methods
• Install hydraulic components such as pumps
• Complete required reports, including time, progress, materials, subcontractor work, and other job-related documentation
