We are looking for a reliable and experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter Helper to support our installation team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience assisting with the layout, installation, and repair of fire sprinkler systems and is ready to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist fitters with the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems
• Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipe and fittings using proper tools
• Load, unload, and stage tools and materials at job sites
• Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a sprinkler fitter helper or in a similar trade
• Familiarity with sprinkler system types: wet, dry, pre-action, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints and layout drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Must have own basic hand tools
• Ability to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to work overtime and travel to job sites as needed

Preferred:

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Knowledge of NFPA standards
• Experience working in commercial or industrial construction environments
