Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Fabrication Manager to lead a shop that cuts, threads and welds fire sprinkler piping and run a firefighter extinguisher recharge station. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines.

Requirements include 5+ years in fire sprinkler fabrication with 2+ years in supervision; strong NFPA 13 knowledge; and a proven ability to improve production while maintaining safety and regulatory

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in fire sprinkler fabrication or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection materials and equipment.
• Proficiency in fabrication techniques such as cutting, threading, welding, and pipe fitting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee fabrication of fire sprinkler piping to NFPA 13 standards.
• Fabricate and assemble piping network on-site with valves and hangers.
• Manage the fire extinguisher recharge station.
• Develop production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Ensure fabrication work meets quality control standards and specifications.
• Supervise, train, and mentor fabrication shop personnel.
• Coordinate staffing levels and allocate resources to meet production demands.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other departments to ensure workflow.
