Requirements

3. Must possess a valid Texas Fire (FEL-B) Extinguisher license.
4. Must possess a valid Texas Backflow Testers (BPAT) certification.
5. Proven experience in inspecting and testing fire sprinkler and alarm systems in commercial and industrial settings.
6. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal fire safety codes and regulations.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
8. Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with various stakeholders.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection assignments effectively.
10. Physical ability to perform inspections, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
11. Must have the ability to be able to walk into a live building with thousands of occupants and handle work without incident.
12. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
