Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Fire Service Apprentice – Kitchen Systems in Training for our Fire Protection division. This role provides hands‑on work in servicing, inspecting and repairing kitchen suppression systems (hoods) and prepares you for a career in fire protection.

This apprenticeship includes on‑site service calls, testing and installations in a dynamic team environment. You will gain experience in troubleshooting, reporting, and coordinating with customers while adhering to safety and code

Qualifications

• Valid driver's licence.
• Availability to be on call when scheduled.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the fire protection industry.
• Experience with sprinkler, engineered, pre‑engineered, alarm and kitchen systems.
• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical or plumbing trades.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $50,000 and $90,000 per year, consisting of a base salary plus commissions. This range may be adjusted for geographic differences and specific circumstances of each hiring decision.
