Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United States is seeking an Installation and Services Sales Manager to lead Fire Construction and Owner Service Sales within a defined area. You will set strategy, align teams, and drive revenue for electronic life safety systems across construction and owner environments.

You will mentor a high‑performing sales team, partner with Area Sales and General Managers, negotiate contracts, and optimize pricing to win new business while maintaining existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in the Fire Safety industry.
• 5+ years sales experience with at least 3 years in field sales management.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales plan for fire construction and owner/core sales in the defined area.
• Manage district/branch sales teams to meet customer, employee and sales goals.
• Develop sales strategies with Area GM and negotiate contracts to win new business.
• Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team for long-term growth.
• Coordinate with other leaders to align with company objectives and pricing strategies.
