Thompson Safety, Llc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Fire Sales Specialist to develop new business within the assigned territory and drive lead generation.

You will build a strong pipeline by cold calling, conducting product demonstrations, and leveraging CRM systems to document activity and track results.

The role requires collaboration with marketing, obtaining new appointments, and maintaining relationships with prospects to win business.

Formación

• Four-year college degree preferred and/or success in other sales/service positions at Thompson Safety.
• Familiar with codes, products attributes, and procedures within the fire protection and life safety fields.
• Strong ability to prospect, close, and build rapport with prospects.
• Maintains a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability pass a drug and background check.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• General awareness of business, financials, sales, and safety principles.

Job Summary:

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel when needed.
