Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in Ohio is seeking dedicated personnel to perform in-home pack-outs of contents affected by fire, water, smoke, or mold damage. You will carefully pack, label and inventory belongings, following company and insurance guidelines, and use proper materials to prevent damage during transport and storage.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, maintaining inventory records and photos, and maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home pack-outs of household contents due to fire, water, smoke, or mold restoration projects
• Carefully pack, label, and inventory customer belongings following company and insurance guidelines
• Use proper packing materials and techniques to prevent damage during transport and storage
• Load and unload contents safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and photos as required
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with homeowners, tenants, and team members
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure
• Represent Rainbow Restoration with integrity, professionalism, and care at all times
