Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Fire Protection Trainer/Operator to lead instructional design and field delivery, obtaining 3rd party accreditation for test instruments in line with NFPA standards. The role requires relocation to Saudi Arabia and involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire training facilities and equipment.

The candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Fire Science or related field, 10+ years in frontline fire-rescue, at least 5 years in developing curricula, and Pro Board/IFSAC

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science or related field is required.
10+ years in frontline fire-rescue operations with a comparable risk profile.
5+ years developing and delivering industrial fire and rescue curricula.

Responsibilities

Lead instructional design from concept to field delivery.
Obtain 3rd party accreditation for test instruments per NFPA standards.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot fire training facilities and equipment.
Coach and mentor instructional staff for workforce development.
