• Program and calibrate control panels to optimize system responsiveness and reliability.
• Conduct comprehensive system inspections to verify functionality and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and emergency repairs to minimize downtime for critical life safety equipment.
• Maintain precise documentation of all service activities to provide clear, actionable reports for clients and management.
• Deliver exceptional technical support, acting as a trusted advisor to clients regarding their fire protection needs.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proven hands-on experience in the fire alarm industry, specifically regarding installation and inspection workflows.
• Deep understanding of NFPA codes and industry-standard safety regulations.
• Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex electrical and low-voltage systems.
• Valid driver’s license and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Active NICET certification or equivalent professional credentials.
• Experience with diverse fire alarm manufacturer platforms and programming software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple service calls independently in a field-based environment.
