Ahern is hiring for a Fire Protection Shop (2nd Shift) in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This role focuses on machine operation and threading piping for fire protection systems, with overtime possible on Fridays.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and pass an aptitude screen. Expect lift requirements up to 50 pounds in a loud shop environment and teamwork to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass aptitude test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Machine operation and threading piping for fire protection systems.
• Assist with banding and bundling pipe and moving pipe with crane/cart systems.
• Shop sweeping and equipment cleanup as part of daily duties.
