This on-site leadership role requires coordinating multi-system fire protection work, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence on mission-critical sites. The role emphasizes adherence to NFPA codes and AHJ standards, travel up to 20%, and a strong focus on quality documentation, training, and closeout

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multi-system fire protection projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on knowledge of NFPA codes and AHJ standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to regional project sites.
• Ability to work extended hours during critical schedule windows.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-system fire protection installations from design through commissioning.
• Direct field operations, subcontractors, and crews to maintain site safety.
• Coordinate milestones with general contractors to align with critical path schedules.
• Monitor labor, material, and equipment costs against budgets to prevent variances.
• Negotiate change orders to protect project scope and margins.
• Conduct internal inspections and pre-commissioning testing for a 100% first-pass rate with local AHJs.
• Deliver as-built docs, O&M packages, and owner training at closeout.
