Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred: Fire Inspector I and/or Fire Protection Specialist certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct plan reviews and inspections of licensed healthcare facilities per state codes.
• Coordinate with health and building professionals to ensure code compliance.
• Inspect occupied state buildings to detect fire hazards and enforce regulations.
• Document code violations and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Provide training on fire safety and fire inspection procedures.
