VSC Fire & Security in York, Pennsylvania is seeking candidates for the position of Inspection Sales. The role focuses on selling service agreements for fire sprinklers and integrated systems while managing costs and coordinating installation and maintenance activities.

Excellent pay is offered based on experience plus commission. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in contract sales for fire protection, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of codes and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in contract sales relating to fire sprinklers or integrated systems.
• Proven history of successful sales and contract negotiation.
• In-depth knowledge of installation and maintenance of fire protection systems (sprinklers, detection, alarm, security).
• Knowledge of state/local codes, NFPA 72, ADA, and AHJ governing work geography.
• Good record-keeping for sales and estimating proposals.
• Ability to pass background checks and adhere to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Estimates and sells service agreements on fire sprinklers, backflow testing, fire alarm systems, and related maintenance agreements.
• Maintain proper risk management and safety procedures on all job sites per company policies.
