The Field Supervisor at Eagle Fire Inc. leads a team of technicians across fire sprinkler, alarm, and inspection services, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of contracted work.

You will schedule, supervise, coach, and support field staff, review budgets and timesheets, and coordinate equipment and materials while maintaining compliance with codes and company standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five or more years of experience working with fire protection systems.
• Minimum Level II NICET certification or ability to obtain within the first year of employment.
• Strong reading of construction documents and safe tool handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and supervise fire protection technicians and apprentices.
• Review timesheets, PTO requests, and expenses while enforcing company policies.
• Schedule work to optimize resource use and meet customer commitments.
• Provide coaching, training, and technical support to team members.
• Ensure documentation for installations, inspections, and repairs is accurate and filed.
