  • Project Turnover: Participate in the post-award project turnover to the operations manager, project manager, and design team.
Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, the Chicago Building Code, and the International Building Code (IBC).
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or Building Construction Management) is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Software: Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Aptitude: Mechanical engineering aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: Must be dependable, self-motivated, and possess excellent time management skills.
