The role requires interfacing with clients, delivering clear technical communications, and maintaining life-safety standards while traveling as needed domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in Fire Protection Engineering, Fire Suppression Systems, and Fire Safety.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles.
• Ability to interface with clients and communicate technical information both in writing and orally.
• Registered P.E. preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate fire protection systems as part of ongoing projects.
• Assess existing fire protection systems and perform code compliance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with life safety codes and conduct fire and safety risk assessments.
• Contribute to building and managing the fire protection segment of the business, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Marketing, generating leads, presenting at conferences, and generating proposals.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
