Job summary

NANA Worley is inviting applications for several Fire Protection Engineer roles at their Anchorage headquarters. This full-time position involves providing fire protection discipline support within a multi-discipline engineering team. Responsibilities encompass researching and designing fire protection systems, and working with clients on project scope and specifications.

Successful candidates will require a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and prior experience in oil and gas. Candidates will also have access to a referral program available only for current NANA Worley employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ABET-accredited engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Engineer in Training certificate (EIT) or passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes design data to determine feasibility.
• Analyzes codes and standards to assess fire protection requirements.
• Develops project scope, estimates, and schedules with clients.
• Reviews and approves project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinates construction and installation activities.
• Provides technical direction and support to project teams.
