Job summary

Jensen Hughes is seeking a highly experienced Fire Protection Designer to join our team to work onsite at a large semiconductor facility in North Phoenix. This role supports a fast-paced project through consulting, design, review, and field oversight activities at a large manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in fire protection system design or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and life safety standards.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute fire protection system design from concept through construction, including layouts and calculations.
• Develop detailed, code-compliant drawings using REVIT/AutoCAD.
• Review drawings for life safety and fire code compliance.
• Act as owner's representative during design, construction and commissioning.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare design submittals and test plans.
