Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in AutoCad and Revit required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based software systems required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks required.
• Ability to deal with conflict and build positive team relationships required.
• Has or can obtain Nicet Level I in water-based layout within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Create project file by verifying receipt of all required documents.
• Perform CAD clean-up and generic layout of sprinkler piping.
• Provide material listing to Senior Designer for review.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
