Minimum

Must Have One Of The Following

• 2 years of work experience in the Fire Protection field or Fire Protection design industry.
• 2 years of education from a college or technical school in the Fire Protection field, Mechanical field, or related

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection or Mechanical Engineering and 1 year of work experience in the Fire Protection design industry.
• 1 year of applicable work experience in the Fire Protection field or in Fire Protection design with demonstrated skill with Revit and/or AutoCAD.

Summary

The Fire Protection Designer will utilize Fire Sprinkler design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects. The Fire Protection Designer will train and work with licensed professionals in a collaborative team to perform a variety of design tasks. An understanding of REVIT to design and develop construction documents for our multiple types of projects is preferred. This position may require minimal travel.
