Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a Project Manager based in Totowa, New Jersey. The successful candidate will lead moderately complex projects with responsibilities including managing local project offices and ensuring timely project delivery.

The role requires a minimum of five years of project management experience and knowledge in the security industry. A comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $113,000, is available from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of project management experience.
• Preferred experience in the security industry or new construction.
• Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Associate’s) or equivalent work experience.
• Availability for daily travel and some overnight travel (25%+).
• Preferred certifications: CSPM (Certified Security Project Manager) or PMI PMP within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex projects assigned a medium to high corporate priority.
• Deliver subject-matter expertise in project management.
• Establish and manage local project offices.
• Present project updates to management and customers.
• Ensure projects are closed on time and within scope.
