Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering is required.
• Professional engineering license (PE) is required.
• Extensive experience in project execution and design.
• Knowledge of NFPA/ICC certifications is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to deliver well-coordinated, high-quality designs.
• Develop scope, schedule and fee for projects and communicate with leadership.
• Engage right people across disciplines to assign the work effectively.
• Promote HDR to clients and the broader engineering community.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to BES strategic goals.
