Job summary

Arrow Security is seeking a Fire & Life Safety Director for Manhattan buildings. You will plan and implement fire/life safety programs, ensure systems are up to code, and lead routine inspections and emergency drills.

You will coordinate with emergency responders, investigate safety concerns, and train staff on procedures. Requires NYS Security Guard license, FLSD certifications, and at least 4 years of FLSD experience in multi-floor facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS Security Guard license.
• 16 HR OJT Certification required.
• F89 Certification required.
• Must have passed an onsite FLSD examination.
• At least 4 years of FLSD experience.
• Experience in operating 6+ floor buildings preferred.

Responsibilities
