Job summary

City Safe Partners Security, based in NYC, is seeking unarmed security guards with an FDNY Fire Guard (F01) license to protect people and property on Staten Island.

The position offers a pay rate of $18.87 per hour and may include union benefits. Required qualifications include a GED or high school diploma and holding both an F01 Fire Guard license and a valid Security Guard license. All shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Must have FDNY Fire Guard license F01.
• Active Security Guard License required.
• GED or High School Diploma and ability to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing client rules, regulations, and policies.
• Protect people and property and deter unauthorized and anti-social behavior with high visibility.
• Observe and report matters relating to protection of the site, residents, visitors, and employees; enforce all policies.
• Provide deterrence of vandalism within fenced-in areas.
• Patrol all public spaces including hallways and stairwells.
• Observe sights/sounds/odor of fire and investigate source or area of origin.

Our company is in NYC, and we are looking for unarmed security guards with an FDNY Fire Guard (F01) license.

Areas of opportunity: STATEN ISLAND

Duties include:

Enforcing all client rules, regulations, and policies.

Candidates are expected to protect people and property and deter unauthorized and anti-social behavior with a high degree of visibility.

All Fire Guards will observe and report all matters relating to the protection of the site, the residents,

visitors, and employees and for the enforcement of all policies and procedures.

Fire guards will be expected to provide deterrence of vandalism within fenced-in areas.

Fire Guards are expected to patrol all public spaces including all hallways and stairwells.

Candidates are expected to observe the sights, sounds, or odor of fire and immediately investigate the source or area of origin.
