Job summary

Associated Fire Protection seeks a Fire Extinguisher Field and Maintenance Technician to perform repair, testing, maintenance and recharge of fire extinguishers and related equipment. Responsibilities include assisting with shop duties, deliveries, and maintaining safe, organized work areas while adhering to NFPA codes and safety policies.

The role involves extensive customer interaction, on-site work at various facilities, and potential overtime with a focus on safety, quality and regulatory

Qualifications

Knowledge of construction best practices, equipment maintenance and OHSA guidelines.

Responsibilities

Repair, test and recharge fire extinguishers and related equipment per NFPA and codes.
Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading trucks.
Maintain building and grounds daily.
Interact with customers and vendors professionally.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
