Responsibilities

• Receive and document reports of fires, rescues, alarms, and hazards.
• Verify incident locations and access information.
• Alert stations and dispatch units using approved assignments.
• Monitor radio channels and incident status.
• Relay occupant, hazard, and condition updates as needed.
• Process requests for additional resources per procedures.
• Coordinate mutual-aid communications when assigned.
• Record dispatch times and unit movements.
