To conduct organization evaluations and studies; monitors, collects and analyzes comprehensive data in support of the operations and services of the Little Rock Fire Department; to prepare and present analysis of findings and special reports to make recommendations for the development and implementation of guidelines, policies, and procedures to make continuous efforts to ensure Departmental activities, operations, and service levels are in compliance with Commission of Fire Accreditation International (CFAI) standards, guidelines, and regulations to maintain CFAI accreditation.
This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening.
These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related area and two (2) years of experience in statistical and analytical research, evaluation, or data analysis, or a related area. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
