SERVPRO of Sevier, Jefferson & Cocke Counties is a locally owned and operated company for the past 24 years. We specialize in fire damage and water damage cleanup, mold remediation, and restoration services. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management, other techs & temp workers to ensure efficient production processes.
• Clean and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and cleaning agents.
• Perform scope of work as directed including moving furniture, cleaning structural properties, and contents damaged by fire/smoke.
• Inventorying and packing.
• Develop an understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Follow the SERVPRO uniform policy.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that jobs are completed beyond customers' expectations.
• Ability to clean structures and contents with precision.
