Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, self‑motivated individual to join our team. The candidate must have strong communication skills, be a multitasker, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and provide great customer service. This position offers growth opportunities as we expand and maintain a supportive work environment. A background check and a clean criminal and driving record are required.

IICRC WRT qualification is preferred. Experience in the restoration industry is required. This position has strong potential growth for the right candidate.

Job Duties and Requirements

• Perform mitigation and restoration services according to IICRC standards
• Lead mitigation projects, ensuring proper documentation is completed
• Focus on helping customers in their time of need with compassion
• Arrive at projects on time
• Complete timesheets daily
• Comply with all verbal and written safety procedures
• Follow established company, federal, and state safety rules and regulations
• Load and unload equipment and supplies at the work site from the vehicle
• Perform demolition tasks such as tearing down building materials, pulling carpet, hauling trash, and others
• Protect client property through careful handling
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Perform required job duties that may include functions outside the normal scope of job duties
