Job summary

SSD Alarm in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced technician to install and service CCTV, burglar and fire alarms, and access control systems. This full-time, day-shift role requires a minimum of 3 years' field experience and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

You will work with customers and subcontractors, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety standards while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with burglar, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Functional and technical knowledge with professional experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Installation and/or service of CCTV, Burglar and Fire Alarms, and Access Control Systems.
• Demonstrate communication and teamwork skills with customers, co-workers and subcontractors to express ideas and technical concepts to problem solve.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, material used and communicate any problem encountered or identified with the alarm system.
• Organize workload effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
• Commit to customer service satisfaction and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Excel in problem solving and demonstrate the ability to multitask.
• Have thorough knowledge of systems and best safety practices.
• Maintain a regular and punctual attendance.
• Accept assignments with an open and positive attitude.
