The role requires expertise in fire alarm systems, strong communication, and the ability to travel about 25%. The successful candidate will research codes, maintain training materials, and ensure accuracy with NFPA/IFC/OSHA standards while delivering engaging presentations to varied audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present to small and large audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must pass drug and background screenings.
• Meet state licensing requirements and/or vendor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions at the Corporate Training Center and across Koorsen footprints.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Koorsen Fire Alarm systems.
• Research and maintain knowledge of NFPA, IFC, OSHA codes as applicable.
• Ensure training materials are accurate and updated to reflect codes and technologies.
• Follow policies, safety rules, and maintain professional conduct; manage time and workload.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues professionally; travel as needed (≈25%).
