Pavion is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician in Davie, FL to join our fire business unit. You will service and troubleshoot burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems while ensuring reliable operation and safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on field work and strong communication with customers and dispatchers. Applicants should have a HS Diploma or GED, 3–5 years’ experience with fire alarm systems or NICET II, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience servicing fire alarm systems or NICET II.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of NFPA 72, NEC, and Florida Building Code.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and document field activities.

Responsabilidades

• Service, troubleshoot & program burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Ensure equipment is functional and operational.
• Diagnose causes of problems or failures to identify repairs.
• Replace system components as assigned (panels, audible/visual alarms).
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Interact professionally with customers and coordinate with the manager for work orders.
