Job Title: Installation Technician / Foreman / Project Manager

Experience will determine salary. The Project Manager salary may exceed the posted range.

Objective

The Installation Technician shall possess extensive wiring and installation knowledge, with proficiency in troubleshooting and programming. The goal is to maximize profit through efficient, high-quality installations. Continuing education and licensing are encouraged to expand expertise across disciplines.

The Installation Foreman should have the above experience plus leadership skills.

The Project Manager should have all the above, with successful project management experience, capable of building and leading teams, demonstrating global thinking for projects, teams, and the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the general contractor for delivery, installation, and testing of equipment.
• Manage projects from start to finish, optimizing profitability.
• Efficiently coordinate manpower to maximize field results.
• Forecast and order project materials and equipment timely.
• Maintain accurate as-builts during project progress.
• Attend site meetings and conduct safety training.
• Keep timesheets for team members.
• Secure tools and equipment on-site.
