Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to install, service, inspect, test, repair and program fire alarm systems across West Montana, reporting to the Billings, MT office. The role supports ongoing code compliance and safety in a dynamic, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical background is a plus.
• Programming on Edwards is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of fire alarm codes and standards.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Installations, service work, inspections, testing, repairs, and programming of fire alarm systems.
• Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain applicable state licensing.
• Work safely as outlined by company procedures including driving and PPE.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
